install reconstructs runtime and dependencies. doctor inspects the machine and project, explaining what is wrong before suggesting a repair.

Rebuild dependencies and diagnose environment failures without modifying application source as a workaround.

runtime is reconstructible

Deleting runtime removes dependencies, not application source. aml install reconstructs it from manifests and locks.

doctor checks PHP, extensions, manifests, runtime, writable paths, ports, database, and production configuration. --json supports automation.

Offline mode uses verified cache

Offline operations accept only cached artifacts whose integrity is known. Missing cache should fail clearly rather than producing a partial project.
